    Classification of Foreign Talents

    中国政府把外国人才分为A、B、C三个类别，其中外国高端人才（A类）无数量限制，外国专业人才（B类）根据市场需求限制；其他外国人员（C类）数量限制按国家有关规定执行。

    The Chinese government classifies foreign talents into three categories: A, B and C，there are numerous restrictions on foreign high-end talents (category A)，Foreign Professional Talents (Category B) Limited by Market Demand，other foreign personnel (Category C) shall be implemented in accordance with relative regulations.

1.   外国高端人才（A类）

Foreign Advanced Talents （A Class）:

科学家、科技领军人才、国际企业家、特殊人才

Scientist, Leading talents in science, International entrepreneurs and other Special talents

2.   外国专业人才（B类）

     Foreign Professionals（B Class）

    具有学士及以上学位和2年以上工作经历的专业人士

    Professionals with bachelor's degree or above and working experience of more than 2 years

3.   其他外国人员（C类）

     Other Foreign Workers（C Class）

    满足国内劳动力市场需求，符合国家政策规定的其他外国人员

 Other foreign works who meet the needs of domestic labor market and meet the requirements of national policies

Documents for Applying Working Permit of Foreigner

1.     护照 Passport；

2.     学历证明 Education Certificates；

3.     体检报告 Physical Examination；

4.     工作资历证明 Certificate of Working Experience；

5.     无犯罪记录证明 No Criminal Record;

6.     任职证明 Appointment Letter；

7.     聘任单位营业执照 Business License；

8.     正面免冠照片 Passport-size Photo；

9.     工作简历 Job Resume；

The Process of Applying the Working Permit of Foreigner

    步骤一：7 个工作日

    Step 1: 7 Working Days

    入境前准备(Before Entry)

    办理企业备案 Company Registration in relative bureaus

    受理机构：广州市外国专家局/广州市公安局出入境管理局（Administration of Foreign Experts / Bureau of Exit & Entry Administration）

    步骤二：10 个工作日

    Step 2: 10 Working Days

    入境体检和工作许可(Physical examination and Notice)

    持商务签证入境体检,到外国专家局办理许可通知（Take Physical Examination and Apply Working Permit Notice）

    体检机构：广东国际旅行卫生保健中心（Health Center of International Traveling of Guangdong）

    受理机构：广州市外国专家局（Administration of Foreign Experts）

    步骤三：时间根据当地情况

    Step 3: Time depends on local condition

    出境办理Z签证(Z Visa)

    回本国办理Z签证（Back to Foreigner’s Country for Z Visa）

    受理机构：驻当地的中国大使馆（Chinese Embassy in the Local Area）

    步骤四：10个工作日

    Step 4: 10 Working Days

    入境办理《就业证》(Working Permit)

    广州市外国专家局办理《外国人就业许可证》（Apply to Administration of Foreign Experts of Working Permit）

    受理机构：广州市外国专家局（Administration of Foreign Experts）

    步骤五：20个工作日

    Step 5: 20 Working Days

    入境办理《居留许可》(Resident Permit)

    出入境管理局办理居留许可（Apply to Exit & Entry Administration of Resident Permit）

    受理机构：广州市公安局出入境管理局（Bureau of Exit & Entry Administration）
