公司注册,选实体办公室 or 虚拟办公室?

在中国大陆成立公司,“注册地址”是必须的。对于不想在前期投入太多成本的初创投资者,是选择实体的小办公室,还是虚拟办公室?今天我们来详细分析一下“商务中心”和“虚拟办公室”这两组概念。

商务中心,通常也称为服务式办公室,通常位于世界各地大城市的中央商务区。 商务中心是指设备齐全并由商务管理公司管理的办公室或写字楼,管理公司将整层办公室分割出单独的小单位,出租给其他公司。

Business Centers, also  commonly called Serviced Offices, are usually located in the central business districts of large cities around the world. A business center is an office or office building that is fully equipped and managed by a facility management company. The management company divides the entire floor of the office into individual small units and leases them to other companies.


商务中心在各方面均全面运作,适合即刻入住。 通常,服务式办公室运营被配置为允许办公室规模的范围,从一个人到 10 人不等。非常适合第一次创业的国内投资者,或初次进入中国市场的外国投资者。

Business Centers are fully operational in all respects and suitable for immediate occupation. Typically, a serviced office operation is configured to allow for a range of office sizes, ranging from 1 person up to 10 persons.  It is very suitable for domestic investors who are starting a business for the first time or foreign investors who are entering the Chinese market for the first time.

Comparing to traditional office space, Business Centers generally provide all the essential facilities and services, equipped with worktables, chairs, decorations, telephone system, internet, and most facilities shared.

The tenants of the business center share a common reception area, meeting rooms, IT support services, secretaries and administrative services.

第一,如果商务中心牌照不全,会对公司注册手续造成影响。第二,如果商务中心缺乏应对政府部门和银行的经验,会给企业带来不必要的麻烦。第三,如果商务中心经营不善结业,会影响企业的正常运作。

2. 不要利用商务中心申请特殊牌照

在中国,某些类型的公司需要特殊牌照才能经营,例如食品公司、餐厅、体育馆、美容院等,这些特殊牌照也对办公地址有面积、使用性质、房屋硬件等有要求。
